If you need to check on any upcoming sessions, you can easily do so from the portal. Once logged in click on View/Cancel sessions.
Here you can see all of your upcoming sessions. You’ll be able to see information like time and date here, but if you need additional information, such as the pick up and drop off locations, click on View.
From here, you will also be able to cancel sessions if needed.
Please note that schools will typically have a cancellation fee for last-minute cancellations. If you are cancelling in that window, you will be notified before you cancel the session. For any last-minute cancellations you need to discuss with the school (emergencies, illness, etc), you will need to reach out directly to the driving school. Our team at Drive Scout is not able to assist you with these requests.
