Drive Scout works great on any device and depending on its settings you'll need to occasionally clear the device's cache.
Below are few common reasons to clear your cache for Drive Scout.

For users using Drive Scout in Safari on an iPhone
There seems to be a different process or issue for our Users who are using the Safari/iPhone combination so we recommend following these steps:
Either log out from your phone or follow this link on your phone https://app.drivescout.com/logout to be logged out of Drive Scout.
Follow the steps here to clear Safari's cache on your iPhone, assuming you are using Safari. https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201265 Specifically these instructions: To clear your history and cookies, go to Settings > Safari, and tap Clear History and Website Data.
Log back into Drive Scout on your phone.
