At time, you may find that a student's account has become inactive. This can happen due to a number of reasons including the student becoming archived after finishing their hours, or they received a late cancelation fee. Whatever the reason may be, it is really simple to Activate the account again if need be.
First navigate to the inactive student profile by either utilizing the Students section in the left side menu or the quick search bar
Once on the student's page, all you need to do in click on the Activate button in the center of the profile.
