Please follow below if you forgot and need to reset your password.
First you will need to go to your Login Page.
You will enter your account username where it says "Enter Username". Please disregard "Student" because this is where everyone resets their password.
Once you enter your username you will select the green Submit button.
Once you select submit, Drive Scout will automatically email you a password reset link. You will select this link to move forward with the process.
(Note: if you do not see an email to reset your password with 10 minutes, please check your spam folder.)
This is the page you will see when you select the Reset Password button.
Once you enter your username, your new password, and confirm your new password, select submit. Once your password is updated, Drive Scout will automatically direct you back to the home page so you can log in to your account with your updated information.
If you have any trouble with this process, you can also contact the admin/owner of your driving school and they can manually change your password within the system.
