Students can pay fees in-app

Drive Scout students can pay fees in their accounts.

Students have previously been able to pay fees while logged into their Drive Scout accounts, but we have updated this process a little bit.  The walk through below will show you how.

(Note: these help center articles are only accessible to Owner and Administrator level accounts and cannot be accessed by Students)

Here we can see our student has a balance in their account.  Part of our update has been to have the balances clearly displayed near the top of the student's home screen so there is no confusion regarding their account status.

To review their fees, they will be able to select View Fees.

Here we can see the status of the student's fee, amount, date, and the reason for the fee.  They will select Pay to resolve the fee.

Once the student select Pay, the right side of the screen will change to provide them the payment information window so they can submit their payment.  If they pay a portion of the reminder, they will still see the balance notice when they log in.  Once they've completely paid the fee the balance on the home screen will no longer reflect the owed amount and they will be able to see a history of their payments.
