Creating an Individual Session

We have added the ability for Instructors to create individual sessions in Drive Scout.

Note: To access this feature your driving school will need to have the feature setting on.


Starting from the home page, select the side menu icon in the upper left corner.

Then select the Create Drive tab.


You will be taken to the Session Creation page.

From here you can adjust and update the necessary session information (date, time, session type, etc). We recommend leaving Hide from students? set to No unless you're saving the session for a specific student your office is going to book, and we recommend leaving the Session Location set to the school name that shows up.

When you've adjusted the necessary information you can select the green Create Session button.


Once created you will be able to see the Open Session on your schedule. Currently Instructors can create the open slot but the session will need to be booked by either the student or the office. As we get feedback from schools will continue to develop this process.
