Starting from the home screen you will select the side menu icon.

Here you will select the Create Drive button at the top of the side menu.

Here you will fill out the first session of the shift's information. Follow the fields and prompts until you reach the bottom of the page where you see a "Create Shift?" drop down menu.

Here you will make sure the box says Yes and then click the green Create Shift button.

Now, this will look different if your school is using the service area feature. If your school is using sectors and zones you'll see the following information:

Please take note that Session Location is used by schools that may have multiple offices or set up their account with multiple Locations. You'll want to make sure you're selecting the correct one before moving forward.

Selecting a Location will show you different Zone options. A zone is a collection of zip codes or a larger segment of a school's area. When you select a specific zone, you will see that the Sectors or zip codes for the zone will be selected. You are always able to unselect/customize which zip codes you would like to make this session available for.

We always recommend if you're new to this workflow that you meet with an Admin or Owner of your driving school to walk through this in better detail. You can also email Support for assistance and best practices as well.

Now you will create your additional time slots for the same day. Please note you will need to manually adjust the time to include any buffers between sessions. Also, the time slots you create for this first day will be transferred over to the additional days you create this shift for. If you work different availabilities each day you will need to make different shifts.

As you work your way down the page after creating the time slots, you will select the days these shifts will be available for. Then you will select the last day of the shift. Our example above shows that we will be working Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 2:00 PM, 4:30 PM, and 7:00 PM from October 16th to October 30th.

Once you've double-checked your shift is correct, you can select the green Create Shift button.

Below we can now see our shifts are visible on the calendar for either you, an admin, or a student to schedule depending on your school's settings.
