We recently added the ability for Instructors to book students to sessions, giving the Instructor more access to day-to-day functionality. Before being able to use this your driving school will need to turn this feature on. This is due to how each school prefers to run.
If your school does allow for you to book sessions, the steps below will walk you through the process.
First you will want to go to your Calendar:
Next you'll want to click on an Open session (one of the blue sessions on the Calendar).
You'll see this once you select a session:
Here you will select the View button on the right side of the session.
Now you'll see the session information. Because the session isn't booked yet, it's a pretty empty screen.
Now you can select the green Add Student button.
Here we can see where we will type in the student's name.
Once we have typed in the student name we should be able to select a student account and see more of the student information fill in the screen. Once you've made sure you've selected the correct student you will click on the green Add Student button.
Now that the student has been booked to the lesson you will receive a success notification and be shown the updated session information:
